Start with the work, not just the product name
Describe what the equipment needs to do, the working environment and how often it will be used. A product family is a starting point; the intended application helps narrow the model discussion.
List each product and quantity separately
Give a provisional quantity for every product family. If you are building a mixed order, separate the items so the team can address pricing and availability clearly.
Define the technical requirements
Include the power source, electrical supply, capacity, dimensions or other requirements that matter to your application. If replacing equipment, provide the existing model reference and relevant measurements.
Add the destination and timing
State the destination country and city, along with any preferred timing. Ask the team to confirm delivery arrangements, lead time and applicable trade terms in its response.
Ask for the documents you need
Request the model data sheet, supplied accessories, warranty terms, spare-parts information and any compliance documentation required for your market. Confirm each item for the quoted model before ordering.
Review before sending
Check your company name, contact details and product quantities. Use the quotation builder to prepare your message, then send it through your chosen communication channel.
